14-Day Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where applicable. Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered may not qualify for a return.
How It Works
Starting a return is simple. Just email us at info@thegingerpup.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number along with the reason for your return.
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with the return instructions if your return is approved.
Please do not send your order back before contacting us.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer require it, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@thegingerpup.com. We'll review the situation and work with you to find the appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@thegingerpup.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take care in preparing every order, but if something arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
